Roll Off Dumpsters

Includes roll-off drop off at your desired location through Choice Disposal. Once full, call us at 903-573-1760 and we'll pick up and dump for you. If you need our services again, just let us know and we'll deliver through Choice Sanitation. Each dump is $475. Customers may keep the dumpster at their desired location for a period of up to 3 weeks. Any additional time incurs a fee of $10/week. How do I begin service?

To begin service with your choice trash service, please fill out this short form and we will email you your account information within 24 hours. The invoice will include a one-time $30 setup fee, your first month of service, and any additional fees associated with Choice Disposal and Choice Sanitation.

When is pick up day and when will I receive bin?

We service once per week. Your service address will determine what day is pick up. We'll notify you by text message within 24 hours which day is pick up and day of bin delivery.

Fuel Surcharge

Fuel surcharge for your choice trash service is 12%. Here's how to calculate the amount based on the number of bins you need from Choice Disposal and Choice Sanitation.

For 1 bin per month:

$40 x 12% = $4.80 (fuel surcharge)

Total: $44.80

For 2 bins per month:

$62 x 12% = $7.44 (fuel surcharge)

Total: $69.44

For 3 bins per month:

$92 x 12% = $11.04 (fuel surcharge)

Total: $103.04

For 4 bins per month:

$122 x 12% = $14.64 (fuel surcharge)

Total: $136.64

For 5 bins per month:

$152 x 12% = $18.24 (fuel surcharge)

Total: $170.24

Terms of Service

Payments for Your Choice Disposal services are due every 1st of the month. A $10 late fee will be applied after 10 days of no payment. Once payments are late, your service with Choice Trash Service will be on hold until the payment is made. If you find yourself on the no pick-up list due to non-payment, you must ensure payment is made before your scheduled pick-up day to receive service. If payment is received on the scheduled pick-up day and you are already on the no pick-up list, you will need to wait until the following week for service. There is a $20 charge for sending a driver to service you if payment is made on your pick-up day and you request for us to come back.

If you choose to pay by mail, please send your check with enough time before the 10th to avoid being considered late. We highly recommend using Auto Pay; however, if the Auto Pay payment is declined, a fee will be applied to cover the charges from the processing company. This fee is a passthrough charge.

Please note that we do not accept payments taped to the trash can or given to the truck drivers, as we are not responsible for payments lost in transit. Payments can only be made via mail, drop-off, or online payment.

Your Choice Sanitation services operate once per week. The specific day we service your area depends on your location. Customers have a designated pick-up 'Day' rather than a specific pick-up 'Time,' as route times may change.

In the rare event that we miss you on your pick-up day, please reach out to us the following morning, and we will ensure you are serviced promptly. Remember, containers and trash bins are the property of Your Choice Disposal. You will continue to be billed as long as the trash bin is on your property.

If you decide to cancel services with us and have not yet paid for the current month, please ensure that the trash bin is empty before we pick it up. The container must be placed out by the curb and bagged for collection. Customers are allowed to have two extra bags, with a charge of $2 for any additional bags.

We start our route at 6 AM, so please have your trash bin out the night before your pick-up day or before 6 AM. If the container is not by the curb when our team goes by your area, we will pick it up the FOLLOWING week on your scheduled pick-up day.

We offer a service to return and pick up your trash if you forget to put it out by the curb, which incurs a $20 upfront charge. If the trash bin is not out when the driver arrives for pick-up, a picture will be taken and saved in your file.

Additionally, there is a 12% fuel surcharge; while we do not enjoy implementing this fee, it is necessary to provide reliable and consistent service to our customers. Please note that no refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

As always, we encourage kindness and good manners, as they go a long way. We will not tolerate rudeness, and service will be terminated if it occurs, resulting in being blacklisted. By submitting your request for service, you agree to the Terms of Service of Your Choice Trash Service.
