01How do I begin service?+
Complete the short request form below. We will send your account information and first invoice within 24 hours. Your first invoice includes a one-time $30 setup fee, your first month of service, and applicable fees.
02What day is my pickup?+
Your service address determines your weekly pickup day. We will text you within 24 hours with your scheduled day and bin-delivery information.
03When should I put my bin out?+
Routes begin at 6:00 AM. Place your bin at the curb the night before your pickup day, or no later than 6:00 AM.
04Can you pick up bulky items?+
Yes. Bulk pickup is available by request. Call our office at (903) 347-3674 for pricing and scheduling.
05Important service terms+
Payments are due on the 1st. A $10 late fee applies after 10 days. Service runs once per week, and route times may change. Two extra bags are allowed; additional bags are $2 each. Missed curb placement can be re-serviced for a $20 upfront fee. Containers remain the property of Your Choice Disposal.
